Our Story

We started with our flagship property, Eagle Lake Island Lodge. It too was built in the 1940s with rustic log cabins, outhouses, and traditional fishing lodge basics during a simpler time. When our ownership group took it over in 2014 our goal was to restore its legacy and raise its property to a premier 4-star all-inclusive American Plan lodge. Every year we have invested (and continue to invest) in raising the amenities, upgrading our cabins/boats/lodge/property, and also maintaining its special Island charm.

Our goal with Eagle Lake Traditions is to preserve the classic cabin experience that anglers and hunters have enjoyed for generations. Many guests look for the basics and ease of a do-it-yourself property. This property, formerly Evergreen Lodge, provides us with the opportunity to offer a back-to-the-basics cabin & boat rental experience. We believe in simple comforts, genuine hospitality, lifetime memories & friendships, hosting priceless multi-generational family trips, and respect for the land and water.
